HYUNDAI LOYALTY CARD is a loyalty rewards program (“Program) offered exclusively by Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors, that allows you to enjoy BENEFITS and PRIVILEGES when you shop at any Hyundai Authorised Outlets. There is no cost to enrol in the Program and no credit card application is required. Enrolment and participation in the Program are only available at Hyundai Outlet in Malaysia. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the following HYUNDAI LOYALTY CARD Terms and Conditions, as they may change from time to time. Interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors Sdn. Bhd., whose decision will be final.

In order to participate, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older, a legal resident of, and physically located within, Malaysia, owned a Hyundai vehicle, and be able to provide a unique valid e-mail address and contact number at the time of enrolment.

We may change, limit or delete any of these Terms and Conditions or benefits of the Program, at any time, with or without notice. Your continued participation in the Program after any changes to these Terms and Conditions or the Program signifies your acceptance of such changes.

We may, in our sole discretion, expand, modify, continue or discontinue this pilot Program, or merge the Program with another program at a later date. We reserve the right to terminate the Program at any time and in any manner, with or without notice, which may result in the cancellation of all benefits and privileges associated with the Program.

We reserve the right to permanently disqualify any person from participating, or cancel your participation in the Program if we believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to reselling products, manipulating the Program, making excessive returns, engaging in fraud, abusing privileges or other conduct inconsistent with the Program’s intent; or for any other reason we deem necessary based on our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend, modify or withdraw any Privileges and/or Benefits if we believe, in our sole discretion, that fraud, malfunction, error or any other cause beyond our control impairs or otherwise compromises the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Loyalty Card Members.

PRIVACY: Personal information you provide to Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors in connection with this Program will be handled in accordance with Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors' Privacy Policy found online at here.
